     I was very concerned on finding a good home for my Abyssinian male. I found the Rescue Me! website on the Internet and within 3 1/2 hours I had responses on my boy. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend anybody to get a pure bred cat from a rescue operation. He was so desirable he could've gone to six different homes.

     Rescue Me is an amazing site and was invaluable in helping me find a new loving home for Cairo. Within one day of posting Cairo, I already had a few emails and phone calls from people interested in adopting him. After meeting and chatting with a few of them, I found what I feel is the best home and new family for Cairo. His new family previously had an Abyssinian so they were well aware of the Aby antics and craziness... as well as how affectionate and loving they are. Cairo seemed to adjust very quickly to his new home and has made himself quite at home. Cairo's new 'mom' has been wonderful -- sending me updates and photos of Cairo to let me know how he's doing. I was even able to visit Cairo at his new home, where he is now so happy as an 'only cat' in the house. Having to give up Cairo has been the hardest decision I have ever had to make, but knowing that he is happy and well taken care of by his new family makes it a little easier, and I know it was ultimately the best decision for Cairo. Cairo's adoption fee is being donated to this site and to my local animal shelter... I would never have found Cairo's new family without Rescue Me!! Thanks so much ;o)))

     This site is very well constructed and well run. As soon as we posted we began to receive inquiries about Zack. We had email discussions with five families before we found the perfect new owners for Zack. It is wonderful and a great relief to know he has gone to a loving and caring home.      I find that I am without the words to convey how wonderful this website was in finding Willy and his brother Tyrone who was also listed, a new home. All of the responses I received were due only to this site and people receiving alerts. There are so may different homes/shelter websites that I tried, including craigslist, but there were only responses to the postings on this site. It is nice to have had the opportunity to speak with so many people who care and feel as I do about our little family members. I could not have hoped for a better end to our search. Both Willy and Tyrone have found a new family and it is the same one- they are both being adopted together by the same wonderful person who received a notice from this site. I have been a bit wordy I know, so I guess I found the words! You are all wonderful, thanking you so much does not convey, but there it is. As a side note, I have made some wonderful connections with wonderful organizations such as SCAR and look forward to being an additional contact they can rely on should they need assistance here in AZ.

     I found your website invaluable in finding a new home for Zoe. We tried for over a year to place her on our own to no avail, and within a few weeks of putting her on the site we had many inquiries. Zoe - La Principessa, as she is known in her new home - is a very happy kitty under the devoted care of her new person. We get updates and pictures frequently and trade stories on her athletic prowess. We're really sorry we couldn't keep Zoe with us, but she's so much better off that we know we made the right choice to place her in a one cat home. We want to thank you for launching such an important service, and helping us to make it happen.

     Jeff, Meeky was adopted. A huge relief to me. Wish I had known or thought to search for this site several years ago so this could have happened sooner. The site is quick and easy to use so I have no suggestions to change anything (and believe me I would so say if I did - I hate bad design). I was surprised at how quickly I started receiving responses to the post and how quickly Meeky found a new home. This site is a godsend to anyone who needs to find a new home for their pet and really cares that it is not with the SPCA or pound. Keep up with this wonderful site and thank you for having made it happen. Karen
